Use of this website
You may use this website to learn about Gatelo, its intended product scope, pricing posture, policies, and ways to contact SOV17. You may not misuse the website, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it in a way that degrades availability, or use it to violate applicable law.
Product availability
Gatelo is in development. Product descriptions may refer to planned, staged, private-preview, or in-development capabilities. Features, pricing, channels, regions, providers, and availability may change before general launch.
Messaging providers
Gatelo depends on external messaging providers and their policies, approvals, rate limits, business windows, templates, and regional availability. A provider's limitations may affect whether a channel or message type is available.
Payments and billing
Paid Gatelo subscriptions are planned through a Merchant-of-Record provider such as Paddle or Lemon Squeezy. Provider terms may apply to checkout, tax, invoicing, payment processing, subscriptions, and refunds.
No live Gatelo billing is presented on this website unless a future checkout flow clearly states that paid checkout is active.

Gatelo may help organize conversations, reminders, customer context, consent state, and delivery records. It does not provide legal, tax, accounting, medical, financial, or emergency advice.
Acceptable use
You may not use Gatelo or related product information to send unlawful, deceptive, harmful, harassing, non-consensual, or provider-prohibited communications. Consent, opt-out, and channel rules remain the responsibility of the business using the product.
