Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Gatelo and SOV17 handle information collected through this website, product inquiries, and intended product communications.
Gatelo is operated by SOV17. Contact hello@sov17.tech for privacy questions, access requests, correction requests, or deletion requests.
Information we collect
- Information you send to us, such as name, email address, company, product-fit notes, and message content.
- Basic website diagnostics, such as browser type, referring page, approximate location, security logs, and error logs if hosting diagnostics are enabled.
- Product account and support data if you use Gatelo, including tenant users, roles, locale, region, support requests, and product settings.
- Customer messaging data inside Gatelo, such as contact identities, channel identifiers, message content, media references, consent and opt-out state, delivery state, and audit history.
Channel providers and message processing
Gatelo is designed to process communications through external messaging providers. Those providers may process message content, delivery receipts, profile identifiers, media, template approvals, and channel-specific metadata under their own terms.
The product aims to keep channel-provider differences visible, including consent requirements, re-contact windows, template rules, regional availability, and delivery status.
Payments
Gatelo subscription billing is planned through a Merchant-of-Record provider such as Paddle or Lemon Squeezy. If checkout is enabled, the provider may process payment, tax, invoice, subscription, and fraud-prevention data.
Gatelo does not plan to store full card numbers on its own systems. It may store provider customer IDs, subscription IDs, invoice references, entitlement state, and support notes.
How we use information
- To respond to inquiries, support requests, and early-access conversations.
- To provide, secure, debug, and improve Gatelo.
- To operate customer conversations, consent state, delivery records, reminders, AI drafts, and audit history.
- To maintain billing, entitlement, legal, security, and compliance records.
- To comply with applicable law and payment-provider or messaging-provider requirements.
AI drafts
Gatelo is designed so AI can draft replies, summarize context, classify intent, and suggest next actions. A person reviews and sends. AI drafts, prompt metadata, and validation state may be stored for product operation, troubleshooting, and audit purposes.
Sharing
We may share information with service providers that help host, secure, operate, support, analyze, and bill for Gatelo. We do not sell personal information.
Messaging providers and payment providers process data needed to deliver their services. Sub-processor information will be made available as the product moves toward commercial onboarding.
Retention
We keep information only as long as needed for product operation, support, billing, security, legal, compliance, and audit purposes. Message content, consent records, delivery records, and audit events may have different retention periods.
Your choices
You may contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of information associated with you, subject to lawful retention obligations, provider records, and product-security requirements.
For customer messaging handled by a Gatelo tenant, the tenant may be the controller of customer data and Gatelo may process it on that tenant's behalf.
